You'll learn how to actually use this energy to fuel your goals rather than your fears and then extend this kindness to your loved ones and beyond, causing a domino effect of harmonious peace and, most importantly, empathy.

Our coaching sessions will be short but effective. There will be short "homework assignments" (don't worry they should be easy) to do for each day that will get you to your goal. You will have weekly sessions live with me and group texting for an additional layer of daily support.

My name is GG and I will be your personal anxiety coach for the next three months :)

I, myself, have struggled with anxiety most of my life so I know exactly what this feels like in your body. I know the struggles of feeling like you just can't relax and wanting to cry at seemingly random times. I've lived and breathed it and am finally at a place where I feel like I've tamed this beast. I have the tools that helped me build the strong foundation I stand on now. These tools took me years to find on my own but I can now say that anxiety does not control me, it is not the driver of my decisions or my emotions and I want to help others find that the same is true for them but faster! It does NOT have to take years to feel good. We can all feel good right now. In order to do this, I use the teachings of yoga and meditation. I am not a therapist or psychologist. I am just someone who has been through the storm and come out of the other side stronger than before. Take my hand and I'll show you the way
